12 Mar Xefrago Ambeli in Cyprus
Last May we travelled to Cyprus, invited by the Holy Metropolis of Limassol, as part of the festival “Land kissed by the sea” which took place at the overcrowded Municipal Garden Theatre of the city. A performance of traditional songs and dances inspired by the tradition of Cyprus, the Aegean Sea and Constantinople.
It was a unique experience for everyone that will stay in our hearts! The hospitality, the welcoming, the interaction and the cooperation with all the musicians, the technicians and the choir members, the positive spirit during the rehearsals and the love we got shall be unforgettable.
We warmly thank everyone from the bottom of our heart, especially the priest Nicolas Lymbourides, who took care of us personally and put his heart and soul in creating this wonderful atmosphere during the festival!
